DEI work requires Partnership

The Virtual Coffee offers personalized service for individuals and organizations to address various DEI strategies, work through biases, or create mindful growth and healing. The service will entail identifying and developing a bespoke plan with a dialogue sessions. 

• Individual 1:1 hourly rate of $350 - $550
• Monthly package $1,200 (3 calls at Client discretion) 

Organization Strategic Development Planning: 

• General Planning Hourly Rate of $650 - $1,200
• Monthly package $3,700 (weekly 1-hour calls)

The Virtual Coffee Consulting creates customized training and workshops on building diverse and culturally competent teams. In addition to, fostering an inclusive and equitable workspace, improving employee engagement and retention, leading with inclusive and effective communication, and more. 

• Half-day training / workshop discussion: $3,500 - $7,000 + travel expenses (when applicable)

• Full-day training / workshop discussions: $7,000  - $10,000 + travel expenses (when applicable)

• Two-day training / workshop discussion: Rates starting at $10,000 + travel expenses (when applicable)

All rates are subject to change based on the scope of the training / workshop and the size of the group.
